If you look after a building with one of our systems, this is a safe place to practise. Pick your system, start a scenario, and follow the steps: silencing and resetting a fire alarm, dealing with a fault, or setting and unsetting your intruder alarm. Nothing here connects to a real system.
Never reset a panel just to stop the noise. Find the zone shown on the panel, check the area is safe, and find out what caused the alarm first. If you can't find the cause, call us.
This is a practice simulator, not the manufacturer's panel. Button labels, codes and layout can vary between versions and how your system was set up. Your engineer may also have changed the access code. Always follow the instructions at your panel.
